TUMBLING CLASSES
At Just Tumble we’re all about offering awesome tumbling classes for kids of all ages and skill levels! Whether your child is brand new to tumbling or already working on advanced skills, we’ve got them covered. Our certified coaches keep things fun, safe, and super encouraging—helping kids build not just skills, but confidence too. From beginners to experienced tumblers, everyone gets the attention they need to grow and shine.

BEGINNER TUMBLING
Beginner Classes 7 and under (45 min class)
Beginner tumbling is the perfect way to get your athlete started! In this class, they’ll learn the basics of body control, strength, and flexibility while working on beginner tumbling skills like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and more. We also mix in fun drills using tumbl traks and other training tools to help build confidence and coordination. Classes are 45minutes long and meet once a week—but if your child wants more time to tumble, they’re welcome to sign up for multiple classes!
Beginner Classes 7 and up (1 hour class)
These classes concentrate on the fundamentals of tumbling such as rolls, cartwheels, and handstands, round offs and backbends. Our fun lesson plans prioritize safety, building strength, balance, and coordination. We tailor our approach to meet each student's unique
skill set and abilities, making adjustments as needed and pushing students to the best of their abilities.
These classes are specifically designed for our older students who are on the newer side of tumbling! In these classes we focus on the core fundamentals of tumbling.
Students will follow fun, structured lesson plans that prioritize safety while also building strength, balance, and coordination. Our teachers will tailor instructions to each individual child’s unique abilities making sure to help every athlete achieve their goals!

INTERMEDIATE TUMBLING
60 minute class
Ages 7-9 years
Our Intermediate Tumbling class is a great next step for athletes who’ve got the basics down and are ready to level up! In this class, we focus on building strength, control, and technique while learning skills like round-offs, back walkovers, and more advanced progressions. We also use tumbl traks and other fun equipment to boost power and confidence. Classes are 1 hour long, once a week—but if your tumbler can’t get enough, they’re welcome to join multiple classes!

MIXED LEVEL TUMBLING
1 hour and 15 minute class
Ages 7+ years
Our Mixed Level Tumbling classes are for a mixture of different level athletes who have a solid foundation in basic skills such as forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands, and are ready to advance to more challenging techniques. This class emphasizes the continued development of strength, body control, and proper technique while introducing skills like round-offs, back handsprings, and advanced progressions. We incorporate the use of tumbl traks and other specialized equipment to support skill development and build athlete confidence. Each class is 1 hour and 15 minutes in duration and held once per week. Athletes are welcome to enroll in multiple sessions to further enhance their training.

ADVANCED TUMBLING
1 hour and 15 minute class
Ages 7+ years
Advanced Tumbling is where things really get exciting! This class is perfect for athletes who have strong fundamentals and are ready to tackle skills like multiple back handsprings, tucks, aerials, and more. We focus on refining technique, building power, and pushing each tumbler to reach their full potential—safely and confidently. Classes run for 1 hour and 15minutes once a week, and if your athlete wants even more time to train, they can absolutely sign up for extra sessions!
ELITE TUMBLING - SHELTON LOCATION ONLY
1 hour and 15 minute class
Ages 7+ years
Elite Tumbling is where your athlete can truly level up! This class is designed for experienced tumblers who are ready to push their limits with high-level skills like multiple tumbling passes, layouts, twisting, and advanced combos. We focus on perfecting technique, boosting power, and helping each athlete perform at their absolute best. Classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes long, once a week.

PRIVATE LESSONS
30 minutes - 1 Hour
Private lessons are a great place for your athlete to continue to elevate their tumbling skills with one-on-one instruction. Private lessons provide athletes with individualized coaching focused on their specific skill goals. Each lesson is tailored to the athlete’s needs and utilizes a variety of equipment available in the gym along with personally being spotted and guided by our trained staff. Lessons can be booked in single session or multiple session based on availability. Please read the cancellation and rescheduling policy for private lessons.
